The Coach House

This delightful cottage has recently been converted from a stable and coach house and has been completed to modern building standards. The property sleeps two adults and up to two children (sharing a large family bedroom with two double beds). Outside there is a spacious enclosed courtyard with flower beds, seating and ample car parking. As the cottage is situated in the large garden of our own house, the upper lawn and wooded area is available for guest use.

Accommodation comprises a spacious well furnished living room with TV, DVD player, CD player and with dining area, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.. There is a shower room and large bedroom with two double beds.There is central heating throughout.

The cottage is located in a quiet setting just 150 metres from the old main road at the south end of the town and only ten minutes walk from the town centre with a supermarket, takeaways and cafes and restaurants. We are extremely well located for starting off on many of the excellent walks and cycle rides in the area and we can provide full details, itineraries, etc.. We can also offer detailed motoring tour information.

Orchard Cottage

This beautiful traditional cottage dates from the 19th century, has recently been upgraded and freshly decorated. The property sleeps up to four people in one twin and one double room, both on the upper floor with double aspect views to the hills. There is a lawned front garden and a superb enclosed south facing patio at the rear, with garden seating, and a conservatory.

Accomodation comprises a spacious well furnished living room with TV, DVD player, and CD player, and a superb dining/kitchen/sun room, the kitchen being fully equipped with oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.. There is a shower room with bath and on the upper floor are are two bedrooms, one with double and one with twin beds. There is gas central heating throughout.

The cottage is located at the south end of the village just two minutes walk from a Spar shop and ten minutes walk from the village centre with pubs, restuarants, post office and a further grocery shop. Blair Castle is just a short walk away with its stunning interior, gardens and woodland. There are many walking and cycling routes on the doorstep, including Glen Tilt, Atholl Estates and the mountains beyond. Many views and riverside walks are just a short stroll away, and many more sights are within an easy drive. The town of Pitlochry is just 7 miles distant with additional facilities including its well known Festival Theatre.


Short breaks may sometimes be available at short notice only, or during low seasons.
